The 11th National Concrete Congress was designed as a large-scale event bringing together academic studies, technical sessions, and industry professionals. The goal was to create a modern and sustainable digital infrastructure capable of managing the entire congress lifecycle through a centralized platform.

To support these requirements, we developed a custom software system covering online paper submissions, peer-review workflows, registration processes, and participant management. A flexible content management structure and user-focused interface were implemented to simplify content administration and event operations.

Although the platform was built with multilingual capabilities, only a single language was actively used during the project. Its scalable architecture and flexible foundation allow the system to adapt easily to future event requirements and additional language support.
