The 10th Turkish Conference on Earthquake Engineering brought together academic research, technical studies, and industry professionals within a large-scale event environment. The primary goal was to create a sustainable digital platform capable of managing every stage of the conference lifecycle through a centralized system.

To support these requirements, we developed a custom software infrastructure covering online paper submissions, peer-review workflows, registration processes, and participant management. User-focused interfaces were designed to provide a more efficient experience for both organizers and attendees.

The resulting platform delivered a multilingual, scalable, and flexible solution that streamlined conference operations while establishing a sustainable foundation adaptable to future events and academic organizations.
