The 10th Geotechnical Symposium required more than a traditional event website. From paper submissions to participant management, the entire conference lifecycle needed to be managed through a centralized and scalable digital platform.

To support these requirements, we developed a custom software infrastructure covering online paper submissions, peer-review workflows, registration management, and participant operations. All processes were managed through a dedicated administrative system.

The resulting platform provided a multilingual and flexible architecture that streamlined operations for the organizing team while delivering a more accessible and sustainable experience for participants.
